What are the delivery times for your products?

We need one day to process your order and then five to seven days for delivery.

Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been confirmed. Delivery within the European Union is free of charge. Depending on the value of the order, it will be handled by LA POSTE, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, DPD, or DHL.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, of course. We deliver worldwide.

Where do we ship our products from?

Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our international warehouse is located in the Netherlands.

Do you provide information on product tracking?

Yes, just wait two days after placing your order and send us an email at moonciiservice@gmail.com.

What happens if items are missing from my order?

Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, two deliveries will be made. The rest of your order should arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We deeply regret this. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to the following email address: moonciiservice@gmail.com. We will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

I haven't received my order yet. Why is it taking so long?


We apologize for the delay. International shipments can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures. However, you can track your order and check its status at any time. Is there a refund policy?


We strive to resolve any issues our customers encounter with their online purchases. However, if you would still like a refund for your order, we can arrange payment, provided that the order is placed within 14 days of the order date and that the products in question are not on sale.
